our story

Our story, as we’ve learned, is very similar to others in the niche sawmill industry. Our first sawmill was originally purchased with the intention of milling lumber for personal projects on our small acreage while hopefully making a few extra dollars on the side. However, we quickly realized there was a much greater demand than we had anticipated for custom lumber products locally, as well as regionally.  One thing led to another, which led to more equipment, and a lot more logs! Now here we are, spending our days in a cloud of sawdust!

We are eager to continue expanding our business and look forward to making continued connections within the industry. Our long-term vision is increased vertical integration within the forest products industry with a primary focus on the mitigation and utilization of Western Juniper.
